Responsible for the overall regulatory activities/quality and day-to-day management of the AXA/ Yorkshire Bank relationship in the region. 2nd line supervisor for 9 Area Business Managers and circa 70 Financial Planning Managers across England. Additional responsibility included the recruitment of 40 Financial Planning Managers and 5 Area Business Managers across the Clydesdale/Yorkshire Financial Advisory Service as well as managing the relationship with a panel of recruitment agencies.

North West

1st line supervisor for 8 Financial Planning Managers predominantly located in the North West of England responsible for the delivery of quality and sales targets, managing their day to day activities as well a providing training and coaching. Also responsible for the recruitment of Financial Planning Managers and Area Sales Manager for the Clydesdale/Yorkshire Financial Advisory Service, including building a team of recruitment managers and establish relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure quality candidates sourced.

North West

1st line supervisor, managing a team consisting of a Regional Quality Manager, 8 Financial Advisers working in retail (tied) and 7 Senior Financial Advisers working with business and private banking clients (multi-tied). Overall responsibility for training, coaching and delivery of quality and sales targets.
