Current- Providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams (being the technical voice of the customer within EDMI)
- Being an active member of the Solution consultant community of practice to share knowledge and improve the effectiveness of the team
- Identifying and outworking innovation opportunities to deliver commercial value to EDMI
- Ensuring technical best practice is consistently applied with a focus on standardization and solution documentation.
- Balancing bespoke customer needs with the strategic imperative of aligning allcustomers to EDMI’s preferred solutions
- Identification, definition of improvements to EDMI’s solutions in conjunction with theLead Solution consultant and solution management team
