-Responsible for the sales and marketing of Australian residential projects in Sydney to Mainland China market-Build up distribution channel/referral scheme in HK and key cities in Mainland China, including Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou -Client development and existing client management -Advisory of Australian residential market, including but not limited to sales procedure, mortgage option, tax, rental, insurance, furnishing and capital growth forecast etc. to prospective buyer-Sales execution of unit reservation, contract exchange and completion-Explore local family office funds for en-block overseas investment chance

Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

-Working in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong to manage a sales team of 6 members to achieve monthly sales target-Client management, business development and channeling-Establish close relationship with China’s state-owned enterprises and private enterprises to develop business opportunities-Participate in international exhibition and trade fairs-Execution of sales purchase agreements

-Based in Hong Kong and travelling between Chinese major cities to manage client relationships and develop strategic business partnerships and establish new business channels for the company-Managing the company’s public relations with existing and new business partners. Liaise between key stakeholders in China and overseas.-Responsible for meeting company sales targets and objectives.-Monitoring order placement, inquiries, delivery confirmation, product production schedules and documentation.-Organized exhibitions, trade shows and special events for buyers/sellers in Mainland China and overseas.-Provide advisory service to clients, preparing sales proposals and marketing material for clients in trade shows and exhibitions, as well as generating leads for business development
