Yisel Hernandez is the Contract Manager for Areas 4S, and 6S for the HUD Single Family Management & Marketing Program (M&M 3.6), which includes Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. Ms. Hernandez directs the execution of administrative/field service responsibilities from acquisition to work completion to perform the property management, maintenance, and preservation services as necessary for proper property marketing. Further day to day activities of the contract include various functions such as environmental services, utilities/HOA management, and quality control evaluations. Her knowledge of property preservation and maintenance along with her years of experience with government contracting enables her to provide a successful operational oversight of the contract. Through her leadership, Ms. Hernandez has also developed processes and continues to design, develop and administer policies to support a large portfolio of single family REO properties in the above-mentioned States.

Ms. Hernandez is the Project Manager for the HUD Single Family Management & Marketing Program, Area 6A^6B, that includes Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Ms. Hernandez is responsible for the operation and production of this area from acquisition to work completion to assure timeliness, quality and efficiency. Her roles include but are not limited to knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the contract, the development and execution of property management plans, preparation of operational budgets, evaluation of field vendor’s performance, directing and guiding of staff and subcontractors towards achieving goals, and assuring that HUD guidelines and specs are met and executed properly. Her roles also include oversight of the Utilities/HOA, environmental and quality control service roles.
