Shadowed the social worker in the adult crisis stabilization unit through the admission, assessment, and discharge process. Performed voluntary assessments on clients, admitted patients into unit with physician approval when needed, performed biopsychosocial assessments for admitted patients, ensures supervision for children, and performed transfers as per protocol. Ensures FARS/CFARS were documented correctly.
