In this role, I lead strategy, planning and analysis matters relating to STB’s network of international offices. I work with a team of 6 and have 3 direct reports.

• With STB’s Technology Transformation Group. Supporting tourism companies on their digital transformation journey through tech, innovation and data. Key achievements include:
• Management of the Tourism Transformation Index (TXI) - a self assessment tool developed for the industry
• Programme lead for Cohort 6 of the Singapore Tourism Accelerator
• Led planning matters for the GroupI was also nominated for a 6 month stint at DBS under the Public Service Talent Attachment Programme.

London, England, United Kingdom

• Resumed work with the Board's UK team based in London.
• Led tdevelopment and execution of 3 new, major co-marketing campaigns with travel trade partners to drive leisure travel to Singapore. Campaign partners included Walt Disney & Flight Centre, Expedia, Singapore Airlines.
• Secured 1 partnership with Honest Burgers, a major F&B chain in the UK.
• Project lead for SRI Global Conversations: UK edition, a thought leadership event in partnership with Intelligence Squared which attracted 60+ live attendees.
• Oversaw management of e-learning platform for travel trade, including content refresh and marketing initiatives via the platform.

Went on a sabbatical as I relocated to the UK with my husband who was pursuing further studies. During this time, I took the opportunity to complete some personal development goals such as my online MBA programme and an introduction to coding course.

• Spearheaded development of the Board's strategy on esports through market research, planning and partnering other gov agencies to drive esports development locally.
• Secured two partnerships to launch esports events in Singapore, along with account management of key local and global gaming/esports companies.
• Supported the growth of other key entertainment events (e.g. C3Anime Festival Asia, Christmas Wonderland, Singapore International Jazz Festival) in Singapore, specialising in primarily pop culture events.
• Project lead for the Board's first-ever commissioned study on leisure events in Singapore.

On a 6-month secondment to DBS’s Consumer Banking Group as part of PSD’s Service Delivery Talent Attachment Programme. In this role, I was attached to the Microsegments team and helped analyse and drive investment goals for the assigned target segment.

• Helped design, develop and execute a new training and assessment framework as part of the recruitment of the second batch of docents at the Gallery.
• Conceptualised, developed and implemented other educational programmes (e.g. talks, workshops, lectures, tours) targeted at adult learners.

• Facilitated growth of visual art and music organisations in Singapore. Major accounts included the NTU Centre for Contemporary Art, Bonhams Singapore, Singapore Freeport, Sony Music Entertainment etc.
• Spearheaded new outreach initiatives as part of placemaking efforts for Gillman Barracks (a contemporary art precinct), such as the creation of a new docent programme and the introduction of two art education.

• Project manager for projects developed under NHB's newly set up community engagement unit. Oversaw the setup to launch of NHB's first community museum in the heartlands (Our Museum @ Taman Jurong) in Jan 2013 and also.

• Assisted both the Curatorial Projects (project management) and Programmes teams to execute the Asia Pacific Brewery Foundation Signature Art Prize 2011 held at the Singapore Art Museum.

• Supported both the training of volunteer docents/guides and managed the rostering of volunteers for the duration of the Singapore Biennale.
