Hello, I am Dr. Xu, the founder of Mind & Body Garden Psychology Inc. I am a board-certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist (D-BSM) trained in Stanford Sleep Medicine Department, and a licensed psychologist. I am currently serving as a committee co-chair of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.Mind & Body Garden Psychology Inc. is a Mandarin-English bilingual group practice.
