Specifically, conduct data mapping, identify applied cross-border data transfer mechanism, provide one-stop services of SCC filing or Security Assessment application, communicate with the CAC regulator and respond to their inquiries.- Draft/review/update various terms and policies for domestic and international companies, e.g., website/mobile app privacy policies, candidate/employee privacy policies, cookies policies, T&Cs, etc. Assist with the negotiation process if needed.- Deliver data privacy and protection training and awareness.- Assist in the investigation of privacy incidents/data protection breaches, draft data security incident reports, communicate with the regulatory authority, and help with the submission.- Serve the giants in Chinese aviation field, and provide day-to-day legal supports during their business operations, e.g., EU GDPR and Chinese PIPL compliance, contract review and negotiation, regulatory affairs response, etc. -
