• Record all client trades, accruals, receipts and disbursements in VPM
• Calculate monthly/quarterly net asset values for clients and produce reports for managers including trial balance, P&L summary, positions and holdings, income/expense accruals, reconciliation of bank/broker accounts
• Allocate fund P&L to all limited partners on pro rata basis, including management and incentive fees, and report to investors at period end with statements containing their net balances and net returns
• Experience with a wide variety of products including equities, fixed income securities, ETF’s, equity and index options, futures, forwards, FX, equity swaps, other derivatives and private securities
• Calculate/review tax withholding on Israeli investors for fund clients that have an Israeli tax ruling/tax trustee
• Prepare capital call letters and send to PE and VC limited partners and track funds as they are received by our clients

• Reported directly to CFO in tracking and reporting on investments of $10 billion family office including long and short equities, fixed and floating rate debt, derivatives, hedge funds, private equity funds and direct.
• Implemented and maintained comprehensive general ledger accounting platform based on Sungard’s Investran to record all cash transactions, mark investments to fair value, record all appropriate accruals and prepare.
• Calculated daily net asset values for all direct equity and debt positions with associated P&L
• Operational responsibilities included confirming and ensuring settlement of all trades and reconciling internal records to prime broker (UBS) reports daily, completing subscription/redemption/account opening documents.
• Cash management responsibilities included monthly reconciliation of bank statements, purchases/sales of U.S. treasury bills and other government securities, preparation of all wire transfers
• Assisted external tax accountants to file tax returns for U.S. entities

• Planned, supervised and ensured execution of all stages of financial services audits
