• Co-manage a team of 100 in overseeing all aspects of fund administration services for largest fund administrator in Israel (200 clients, $17B under administration)• Build cash flow and budgeting models with emphasis on cost saving and efficiencies• Run profitability analysis on both clients and employees to find ways to boost profits• Responsible for in-licensing and arrangements with outside companies/suppliers/vendors• Find and adopt technology solutions to streamline processes and reduce human error• Manage and oversee comprehensive fund accounting general ledger system (FIS VPM)• Review month/quarter end books prepared by team members for a wide variety of clients in Israel, Europe and the US, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, lending funds and family offices• Oversee FATCA and CRS service offerings to non-US clients to ensure compliance with relevant laws and report to local jurisdictions accordingly• Review Form 1065 and K-1’s for funds with US tax reporting requirements

Record all client trades, accruals, receipts and disbursements in VPM• Calculate monthly/quarterly net asset values for clients and produce reports for managers including trial balance, P&L summary, positions and holdings, income/expense accruals, reconciliation of bank/broker accounts• Allocate fund P&L to all limited partners on pro rata basis, including management and incentive fees, and report to investors at period end with statements containing their net balances and net returns• Experience with a wide variety of products including equities, fixed income securities, ETF’s, equity and index options, futures, forwards, FX, equity swaps, other derivatives and private securities• Calculate/review tax withholding on Israeli investors for fund clients that have an Israeli tax ruling/tax trustee• Prepare capital call letters and send to PE and VC limited partners and track funds as they are received by our clients• Significant experience with AML and KYC procedures as relates to both incoming and current fund investors
