As an academic staff, I am task with coordinating, teaching and supervising students from the undergraduate programmes of Public Relations, Advertising and Journalism including handling tutorials, practical sessions, and coaching student productions. I was also appointed as the Chairperson of the Staff Welfare Committee at the Faculty of Arts and Social Science. I was responsible to lead a team of 10 academic staff to plan and execute the faculty's yearly events with the aim to boost morale and improve rapport among staff.In my 4 years and 7 months term of service in UTAR, I have received 5 letters of congratulations from the President of UTAR as an acknowledgement of my dedication and passion in delivering excellent teaching. This letter of acknowledgment is only presented to selected lecturers who has achieved a score of 4.5 and above in the Student Survey for teaching performance.

This was a short term contract to assist this organisation on a specific project to seek out business development opportunities in the city of Ipoh. My tasks included exploring and building new network of potential clients, designing training packages, conducting seminars in institutions of higher learning around Ipoh to create and raise brand awareness of the organisation and its projects.

I served as a risk management consultant by providing advice on various types of financial products. I assumed a training conductor role in my organization due to my strengths in presentation and public speaking. I was one of the preferred Master of Ceremony for events or seminars organized by Great Eastern Ipoh Branch. (Greentown) I was the Top 1 Life Planning Advisor (LPA) during the Great Eastern Life Assurance LPA Graduation Ceremony in 2009. I was featured on Great Eastern Life Assurance National Magazine to share my success story in 2008. I was awarded Top 3 Penang Rookie Agent in 2007.
