And order spare iaw contract.•During aircraft perform maintenance check in MRO, adjust the work package depend on actual situation, supervise the work package accomplish and feed back result, inspect completed document and file.

•Supervise B757 cargo conversion project on-site includes: Coordinate multi compartment and supervise converting plan; control quality, budget and progress; assist to solving engineering problems with project and team; optimize project management and streamline working procedure during projects; summarize the project, report to company management ensure project close completely, and follow up the situation of converted plane. •Optimize company engineering information management system; standardize maintenance data processing, managing and optimize all aspects of aircraft maintenance business, increase the maintenance capability; provide a reliable evidence and data base for management making marketing and development strategy and operating aircraft fleet.

•Budget the workload for the whole maintenance engineering project.•Co-ordinate with other departments on issues relating to project and organize meetings as required.•Co-ordinate with client representatives and other departments on component job arrangements.
