Yiwei is a manager at IHH Healthcare, one of the largest private healthcare providers in Asia, where she leads clinical quality and patient safety initiatives across the group. She has over 10 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, and public health. She has a clinical pharmacy background from the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) coupled with public health and project management experience from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and cardiology-related experience from NHG Heart Institute. She is experienced in team management as an IMH outpatient pharmacist-in-charge and line manager at the IQVIA Singapore and Korea hub safety operations team. She is also passionate about health, healthcare and life-long learning.She holds multiple certifications from the US Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) in geriatric pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, and psychiatry, as well as from the Project Management Institute (PMI), the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM). She believes in using big data analytics to generate insights and problem-solving and has completed courses in Tableau and AutoML.
