As part of the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Course offered by RMIT, this project placement involved a comprehensive analysis and data cleaning of vet practices clinic data to provide actionable insights to enhance strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:• Data Cleaning: Cleaned and pre-processed large datasets from vet clinics in Microsoft SQL to ensure accuracy and reliability.• Dashboard Development: Created interactive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track real-time vet practice metrics through Power BI. Enabled stakeholders to make data-driven decisions through user-friendly visualizations.• Conference Presentation: Attended the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA) conference 2024 to present the dashboard to gain interest from prospective clients.

Contracted by staffing agency Robert Walters to work on a temporary basis to assist with administrative and business operations related assignments for Bupa Health Insurance Australia.Key Responsibilities: • Performed data entry and website creation for a leading health insurance multinational by utilizing Sitecore CMS and Microsoft Azure.• Processed over 300+ customer accounts into the Sitecore CMS database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.• Collaborated with various departments to verify and correct data, enhancing the overall quality and reliability of the database.
