My expertise lies in visioning for master-planned communities, designing mixed-use developments, and facilitating land entitlements.As the founder and principal planner at Tracing Paper, I provide professional planning services and manage a variety of planning projects at various scales. My scope of services includes project kickoff, conducting site analysis and programming, creating alignment with stakeholder on project visioning, offering creative planning solutions, leading client and stakeholder communication and presentations, and preparing regulatory submittals.
