#Supply Chain #Procurement #Demand/Supply Planning #Digitalization• Design a holistic planning KPI framework with COO view, Planning Lead view and execution use, and develop visualized dashboards through Power BI; report to COO • Diagnose the performance of procurement digitalization benchmarking against the leading practices of industry, provide category management optimization recommendations according to identified route causes; report to Procurement Lead• Lead the project of brand curve-out assessment, conduct analysis of COGS and feasibility of distribution plans, as well as case study of leading practice from financial perspective; report to funders • Lead the project of products supply prioritization for E2E supply chain visibility, act as PMO to get fully connection with merchandising and distribution teams of the supply chain, and translate business language into technology language for system development team; report to MPO manager• Design process flow and system functions for a new electronic business model according to client’s business requirements; act as PMO between client and system developers and conduct full UAT to ensure system go-live on time; report to CEO & CIO• Draw AI market landscape & AI supplier mapping in China and propose collaboration model for client; translate raw data into industry insights and identify unmet customer needs & capability needs of client that to be addressed by AI in China

• Implement due diligence for pre-IPO companies: check companies’ business credit; analyse main financial data (e.g. fixed assets, account payable, etc.) of annual report for 3 consecutive years; support propose financing plan for qualified companies.• Collect industry information & financial data via Wind and make industry & company research/analysis report.

• Responsible for managing and maintaining vendor pool: contact with team members & selective vendors (domestics and overseas) and pass on their requests to global authority group to update vendors’ information in SAP; manage relationship with vendors for long-term cooperation.• Regularly renew procurement contracts, responsible for drafting demo, stamping, checking information & format, and recording paper document.
