In order to seek potential revenue growth and merchant acquisition, helped developed Global Returns Program from 0 to 1 ($1.5 Million potential revenue gain) and closely worked through the pivot process of FBW (Fulfill by Wish) program (500+ potential merchant acquisition)• launched first-ever company-wide product return analysis, which led to a 25,000+ reduction in returns and a potential $1.5 million increase in revenue. • Captured clear value proposition aiming to attract 500+ merchants. Determined top 
addressable issues by analyzing stats and coordinated teams to resolve these issues. • Reduced costs for routine data collection by 90% by creating templates and Tableau dashboards for an automated solution using Treasure Data.

Assisted in project migration with an M&A deal with Siemens Healthineers, supported product owners to define, scope, and manage projects to deliver key milestones.Own the coordination and completion of Agile projects, resolved 3 project blockers that resulted in saving $100,000+ for the company.

Helped establish APAC and international networks of policy institutes and communities that improve policy making while strengthening democratic institutions and civil societies around the world. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, extracted relevant data from SQL, cleaned, analyzed and created 5 interactive Tableau dashboards & summarized findings in PowerPoint.
