I am a Ph.D. student in Economics at Eller College of Management, University of Arizona. The academic experience in the Ph.D. program equipped me with advanced skills in collecting and analyzing data, logical thinking and problem solving, writing, identifying causal relationships and efficient presenting. My ambition now is focused on business analytics and data science. I have conducted research on ban-the-box (a practice that prohibits employers from asking about conviction history in application forms), the effects of Climate Change on the gender gap, and reciprocity behavior. My research experiences that involved with practical issues and handling data should allow me to add values to a business analytics team or consultant team. Currently, I am actively seeking an internship where I can utilize my experience and talents in the areas of strategic thinking, data analyzing, and results visualizing for the summer of 2019.
