Leading a multidisciplinary team consisting of a Medical Doctor, six Software / Electrical / Mechanical Engineers, an Algorithms Specialist, a Mold Designer, and two Expert Machinists. Truthfully, I am by no means a master in any one of these fields, but I have a deep enough understanding in these areas to bind the experts into a cohesive and efficient team. My ability to not simplify, but 'translate' technical info into more relatable, everyday examples helps tremendously in inter-departmental communication as well as making investors and clients more comfortable with the decisions being made. It's also helpful in reverse; often requirements can seem ridiculous to experts that are too compartmentalized in their own fields, so it is important for me to put those odd but valid requirements into understandable context for the experts working on the program.My native level fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese also helps me connect with experts and suppliers globally. Finding assets that would otherwise be difficult to acquire.
