Yizan He’s key responsibilities are developing LMCA's brand licensing, brand acquisition practice in Asia, assisting American and European consumer brands to establish their brand licensing programs in China and many emerging markets. Yizan has been the guest speaker at Licensing International Expo in New York, and licensing-related seminars in Singapore, Taiwan and mainland China. He is widely published on the topic of brand licensing and brand acquisition. Yizan sits on the judge panel of the 7th Asian Premier Licensing Award organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Yizan has been nominated as one of The World's 250 Leading IP Strategists by the Intangible Asset Management (IAM) Magazine in 2011.

As the managing director of Eivio, Yizan oversees Eivio's operations and provides strategic guidance to the firm. Equipped with rich experience in international marketing, knowledge of Asian markets and source of creativity, Yizan has successfully implemented corporate brand extension licensing programs in China. The Eivio brand licensing program covers licensee engagement, licensee qualification, business plan development and royalty management.
