During my work experience, I actively participated in the development processes of the GelDol mobile application. I managed processes such as the design and exploration of locations planned for installation, and tracking the project approval. Following project approvals, I organized the processes from project approval to reaching the end-user in the mobile application. I undertook a wide range of responsibilities, including EPDK notifications for stations, positive opinion applications from the electricity distribution company, electricity pricing, and management of the backend structure.

I used ERP and various remote control programs to plan, organize, procure and manage resources in order to achieve and complete the goals and objectives of various projects. I had the opportunity to observe all the processes in the management area of a project.

I had the opportunity to manage the purchasing processes in various projects by analyzing the market of components, electronic cards and all production requirements for product production.During the time I worked, my position gave me the chance to improve my money management and communication skills.

In a period when technology is now integrated into every aspect of our lives, I have worked on designing the electronic cards of electronic devices which are used in different fields, planning and monitoring the processes in the production area.

I worked on issues such as profitability, cost, sales performance and product efficiency by using the existing data of the company, which continues its existence in the clothing textile industry. At the same time, I took responsibility for the processes of purchasing fabrics and accessories, designing the product to be produced, producing it in the workshop, turning it into a product and delivering it to the end customer.During my career, I had the opportunity to improve myself in the areas of data analysis, accurate purchasing, time and process planning in production, pre-sales preparation and sales.

I think the most important element in an organization is human resources and its proper management.During the process, the recruitment processes in the organization, the establishment of talent management systems, structuring goals, ensuring sustainability, I have worked in different areas such as thesuccess of departments on a member basis and the development of personal skills and competencies of members within the organization.During my board membership, I had the opportunity to experience all management processes such as planning, reporting, operation control, financial analysis and auditing.

I had meetings with different companies in order to establish B2B relationships. During my leadership period, I oversaw the sales and marketing skill development of the members in the team. I had a period in which I was able to establish close relations with the business world.

I gained the awareness that team leadership is not actually the person standing at the top, but the person who benefits the group or organization he leads on the way, who manages change, who can direct those around him to that goal, and who climbs to the top with those around him.

During my team membership process, I experienced the importance of teamwork, team spirit and how work sharing accelerates the operation process and increases efficiency.
