1. Handle the customer complanin (0KM/field failure)2. Run GP12 to propose the products in warehouse, once customer issued problem3. Call internal meeting to review the customer complain, 8D report, end loop4. Report on directors SQDC meeting with quality section (COPQ/RPPM/Backlog/CIP)Main company: Daimule, Caterpillar,GE, Volve, Weichai, SDEC，Xichai, etc.

1. Lead SQE and IQE team, manage raw material work related, support measurement.2. Suppliers audit, performance review, and continue improvement.3. Study the manufacture site raw material issue and end loop handle with supplier.

1. Cooperate the SQA/IPOQC/CQE works to meet customer requirement.2. Plan and manage the work from raw material inspection/design sampel/reliability test/process quality control to customer side issue.3. Review and improve the quality system to make it work well.4. Discuss with supplier/customer with the standard and make them in control.5. Manage the quality based on risk and cost.
