Coordinates and monitors the supply planning processes, taking into account of brewing, scheduling, and material planning activities.5. Initiates and ensures implementation of performance improvements to the supply chain planning processes and procedures, according to TPM Pillar methodology and systems.6. Identifies gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (OPI, stock levels, lot size).7. Provides clear and accurate information on supply planning performance.8. Organize & in charge the Monthly Supply Review meeting, highlight the key points through the high quality meeting deck;

1. Ensures implementation, adherence and continuous improvement of the execution of the S&OP process, according to the global Heineken standard. 2. Creates awareness and buy-in throughout the OpCo and act as an ambassador for the S&OP process. Makes sure that decisions on balancing demand and supply are taken within the S&OP framework. 3. Clarifies, communicates, monitors and aligns tasks and responsibilities of all relevant stakeholders involved in the preparation and execution of the S&OP process, provide training if required.4. Facilitates decision making by preparing, chairing and participating in the S&OP meetings and involving all relevant decision makers and functional perspectives, within the S&OP structure.5. Exchanges and applies best practices and actively participates in the Heineken S&OP Community and external peer networks.6. Ensures all relevant data for the S&OP process is delivered timely, complete and accurately, in line with the Heineken standard data sets.7. Ensures that the SLA between commerce and supply chain is defined according to the Heineken standard and monitors and reports OpCo performance according to SLA to relevant stakeholders.

Provides clear and accurate information on supply planning performance.8. Communicates (the impact of) the various plans to relevant stakeholders.
