Business Activity Statement (BAS) report-need to have GST Audit Report, GST Claimed Report and GST Listing Report according to their funds.- check and make sure that the funds are paying a correct amount of GST.- need to make rounding adjustment in BAS worksheet to make sure the GST payment amount is correct.- make sure the GST payable and GST paid amount is same if there is different between two, we have to send email to other department for verify those transactions.- pre-lodged the BAS forms through ECI system or Business Portal.General Ledger Reconciliation- reconcile the value of accounts in investment side are tie with the system GL side.- If the number of the General Ledger side is different with investment side we have to post journal for that particular account to make sure the number ties back to the investment side.Imputation Credit- generate the report from the system to check when the particular fund has the movement of imputation credit.- If those funds have any movement on the day, the first thing to do is send the instruction to another department called CPM to ask them book in the latest imputation credit amount for the funds.PCR- purpose for preparing PCR is clients want to check their fund performance whether profit or loss.
