Current- Lead strategic planning processes and development in deploying user friendly services, and ensure alignment with broader IT strategic objectives
- Develop and execute tactical planning for Service Desk within ITIL 4 framework to ensure excellent end user support
- Develop, implement and manage the IT department change control framework within ITIL 4 standard
- Deliver end user services, systems, tools, and support based on industry best practices
- Work in partnership with other IT Managers on strategic initiatives to continuously improve policies, standards and procedures by anticipating issues and sharing knowledge.
- Direct and manage IT plans, schedules, policies and programs, according to established goals and objectives
