As a legal professional with a comprehensive academic background and a proven track record in both legal practice and academia, I bring a diverse range of expertise in legal fields including capital markets, M&A, corporate governance, private equity, and financial regulation.Throughout my career, I have represented major securities firms and companies in bio, entertainment, and IT industries in IPOs and capital markets transactions, providing strategic legal counsel to them while dealing with governmental agencies including FSS, KRX, and KSD. My focus extends beyond IPOs, as I assist clients in coping with regulatory frameworks, corporate governance matters, management rights disputes, shareholder activism, and private equity investments(as an LP and also as a GP).
