Field Application Engineer
Current- Assist customers with troubleshooting, planning, or resolving technical issues related to UTM product implementation and on-site problems.- Collaborate with Marketing (MKT), Project Management (PM), Research and Development (RD), and Network and System Security (NSS) teams to provide customers with optimal solutions.- Collect and track product bug fix versions.- Maintain good relationships with customers, assist in problem resolution, and provide technical support and advice, or collect feedback to optimize products.- Assist in establishing technical documentation.
