• Perform preventative, routine, and breakdown maintenance and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, air, water, steam systems and another equipment on the plant: conveyors, packaging machines, mixers, dividers, proofer, oven, cooler, compressor, boiler • Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble • Troubleshooting all systems ,production machines and another equipment• Repair or rebuild and replace defective parts (hydraulic, pneumatic cylinders,pumps,valves,solenoids,belts,chains,gearboxes,electric and air motors • Read and interpreted blueprints and specifications • Make drawings, sketches and fabricating new projects and making parts that hard to buy for old equipment• Start devices to test their performance• Sets up and operates Welding machine , Milling, Lathe, Drill Press, grinder and other metalworking hand and electric tools to make and repair parts• Build and repair hydraulic , pneumatic ,water and air lines• Relocate equipment, align gearboxes, motors and pumps• Perform oil and filters change• Lubricate and clean parts• Keep and maintain written maintenance log • Fill out and complete all work orders in a timely manner• Comply with the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures • Fill out and maintain work orders for the preventative maintenance program as it relates to HACCP • Follow HACCP, WHMIS and all company policies and procedures
