Effective interaction with both new and existing clients, including timely forwarding of reports, responses to non-legal inquiries, responses to cost estimate requests and responses to legal inquiries as directed by attorneys. Diligent maintenance of client-specific records, instructions, programs and protocols. Provide support to billing department as needed to ensure accurate billing records, including entering attorney time and/or official fees into billing software, preparation of draft invoices and forwarding of final invoices to clients. Participate in testing new programs and systems, giving feedback as needed to improve workflow efficiencies. Compile research and data for attorneys and clients.
