Furthermore, my collaboration with cross-functional teams has been crucial in preparing competitive project bids and contracts.One of my notable achievements includes developing HVAC/plant efficiency algorithms using PLC. This innovative system optimizes chiller staging based on calculated cooling loads, regulates chilled water flow rates, and controls cooling tower operations for enhanced energy efficiency. Additionally, I have developed an IoT solution using Node-RED, Mosquitto, InfluxDB, Grafana, and Thingsboard, which offers businesses significant benefits such as asset performance monitoring and condition-based maintenance. This solution also presents opportunities for recurring sales.I aim to promote the benefits of PLC building automation systems and IoT solutions to the market.
