With a passion in property development and investment, my business partner and I established a property development venture.We seek to transform the property landscape with sustainable and thoughtful in-filled developments in areas with good access to public transport and amenities, in-line with objectives set out by the WA Planning Commission and/or local government planning authorities.

As an inaugural executive committee member, I have successfully worked with my team to design and host engaging business and networking events alongside our sponsors, local government authorities, association members and the wider business community. • In a very short period, we had successfully sought out sponsors, built up a membership base and help built relationships with various business associations and local government authorities.• More importantly, we built an environment in which people can connect, develop and foster business relationships and to collaborate. I continue to support the association and value the network and friendships I've established.

Delivered two lectures units covering:• Business System Selection - Providing practical knowledge combined with theory of ICT procurement strategies, drawing on and sharing experiences I had working on ICT procurement- and transformation-/ enablement- projects overseas and locally within Australia.• ICT service operations based on ITIL which is a framework of best practices for delivering IT services - The unit covers management processes required to maintain business systems post implication including service desk management and support processes. The unit also touched on management skills required to plan, develop and operate information systems that are aligned to corporate objectives.

I joined EY Perth's Business Advisory Services very early on when EY rebuilt their consulting practice. I was privileged to help contribute in building a very small team to an Advisory business that had over 140 staff.I am part of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) leadership team with a key focus on provide advisory services covering procurement, supply chain and logistics disciplines. In addition, I have been involved in helping our clients implement IT-enabled process transformation and help build data analytics capabilities.My key responsibilities include:• Providing input into development of strategic goals, target and objectives and key services offerings and capabilities.• Recruit and guide junior EY Advisory staff to develop and manage their annual performance targets and developmental goals.• Sell, manage and deliver projects for clients in the Resources, Energy & Utilities and Government sectors.During my time at EY, I have delivered a variety of interesting and challenging projects and secondments to a well known WA organisations including BHP Billiton, Woodside, Western Power, WA Dept of Finance, WA Dept of Health and University of Western Australia.

As part of the leadership team responsible for setting strategic and annual goals for the Supply Chain practice, I have worked on a number of large-scale implementation projects including: • Procurement transformation and strategic sourcing initiatives for companies including AXA Australia and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).• IT / enablement projects (SAP) for companies such as Australia Post, Kimberly-Clark Australia, Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) and Lion (formerly National Foods).• Help build SAP-MM, SD and CRM capability for Capgemini US's SAP practice in Detroit Michigan focused on delivering services to the US Automotive sector.

Helped Triaton, a subsidiary of the German conglomerate Thyssenkrupp to help build a SAP implementation capability leveraging my SAP MM and SD skills.

An early recruit into a Pan Asia Pacific Supply Chain Transformation program, I was responsible for designing and implementing SAP-MM across multiple Asian countries and Australasia.

In charge of HEDS' legacy procurement systems, I was a core team leader within the IT department that led the modernisation of the IT systems, including the implementation of SAP to replace the aging systems that failed to cope with growing and changing business requirements.
