Pastoral Care- Oversee spiritual care for clients in a manner that promotes TBM’s culture and values. Foster understanding of inter-disciplinary approach in external relationships and among other chaplains.Budget Management - Manage Spiritual Formation Budget, stewarding resources and maintaining transparency. Revisit budget line allocation in support resources needed to accomplish spiritual formation goals. Meet regularly with Chief Program Officer and Finance to ensure balanced budget.
