As the Principal/CEO of Y2K Engineering, LLC, I lead a team of engineers and planners who are passionate about improving the mobility and safety of our communities. I founded Y2K Engineering in 2017 and now lead a team of 20+. My mission is to be a role model for other women, minorities, and young professionals in the engineering field.I have extensive experience and expertise in traffic engineering, transportation planning, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and active transportation (walking, biking, transit). I also have strong credentials as a Professional Engineer (P.E.), a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (P.T.O.E.), and a Road Safety Professional (RSP). I am actively involved in several professional organizations, such as ITS Arizona, ASHE, ITE, WTS, and ASCE, where I serve as a leader, mentor, and advocate for the transportation industry.
