Leadership, personal development, and intercultural learning are at the core of my professional mission. I firmly believe that leadership is not confined to titles or roles—everyone has the potential to lead if they embrace the opportunity. My passion lies in empowering individuals who are eager to grow, both personally and professionally, by fostering their leadership capabilities and broadening their perspectives.As the current program lead for "Azubis USA & Canada" at the Joachim Herz Stiftung in Hamburg, I facilitate life-changing opportunities for apprentices from Bavaria, Berlin, Hamburg, and Saxony. Our program gives them the chance to gain invaluable international work experience in the USA or Canada during their apprenticeship, addressing a gap often faced by apprentices in accessing global opportunities compared to university students.Beyond my program leadership, I am deeply committed to inclusive leadership development, diversity, and intercultural communication. As a trainer and mentor, I guide individuals and organizations on anti-bias strategies, fostering inclusivity, and navigating cultural differences to create more equitable and understanding environments.My academic journey culminated in a PhD in US-American literature from the Freie Universität Berlin in 2016, and prior to my current role, I held various administrative positions in higher education and research. These experiences have honed my skills in organizational leadership and intercultural engagement, shaping the work I do today
