I am a member of the Corporate Practice Team. I focus my practice primarily on employment and family-based immigration. I assist clients with a variety of nonimmigrant petitions and employment and family-based permanent residence petitions, including the labor certification process, visas for extraordinary ability, and multinational manager and executive petitions. I also have expertise on foreign visa issues, visa processing, waivers, DACA and citizenship matters. Additionally, I am experienced in general corporate matters, including business formation and contract review and negotiation.I am also a member of the Health Care Practice Team. I work with physicians, physician groups, hospitals and health care entities on mergers and acquisitions, compliance, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance and other regulatory issues. I also work with physicians and health care entities on contracts, service agreements and licensing.
