As a UX/UI Designer, I worked with the design team on a new social media project for U.S. based client.• Built the foundation of the design system and dark mode for the project that won 2x design awards on Behance.

As the first in-house Product Designer, I worked on a new payment ecosystem called OPLATI from launch to 100k+ active users in 9 months. My main focus was on adding new functionality, redesigning the mobile app and building a design system with a dark mode. Currently the service has over 1 million users and 8k business partners across Belarus.• Improved the design handoff process and increased the development speed by 20% through interviewing developers, transitioning from Sketch/Zeplin to Figma and creating the maintained design system with components.• Designed the country's first online way to pay for public transport via an app. Worked on printed materials with QR codes, which tens of thousands of passengers use daily to pay for transportation.• Redesigned the iOS & Android apps according to new branding and visual language, was involved in the brand update, creating graphics for stores and in-app ads.• Increased the initial conversion rates by 23%, adjusting the registration flow and introducing a user-centered design.• Optimized user flows to help OPLATI customers perform their regular activities: make QR and NFC payments, store and transfer money, withdraw cash from an ATM without a card, and more. • Conducted usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.• Collaborated with developers, QA Engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to reduce functional and technical issues and ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.

As a UX Design intern, I conducted user research on business clients in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America regions and analyzed the user experience of the company's products.• Analyzed product reviews, metrics, demographics, and website traffic using Google Analytics and Productboard. Conducted 5 detailed interviews within the company and used that data to define 4 user personas of our global customers.• Built 3 customer journey maps (CJM) for the company's products that helped redesign the website, passenger/driver apps and admin panels.
