Leading 3 Business Units in Foxconn communication network group (managing 200 employees), co-working with Cisco and Linksys Supply Operation and Manufacturing Operation team• Focus on Direct Fulfillment and total customer satisfaction,• Managing production department, setup lean manufacturing management and e-system for productivity/efficiency enhancement• Managing supply chain team, setup ROP/MRP/BTS model which align with challenging electronics market forecast• Metrics management, including on time delivery performance and delivery lead time performance• Customer value team member, focus on priority order and global material management

• Managing production department, include photo imaging, laser drilling and plating division• Co-working with tier 1 electronics company for IC substrate manufacturing• Cooperate with local Universities for technology transfer and R&D• Organize initial factory setup at Hong Kong site, including class 100 cleanroom environment and photolithography operation
