Responsible for directing the projects on a day-to-day basis and tracking the project status (using JIRA), reporting progress to both internal teams and external key stakeholders. . Responsible for managing people on the projects, ensuring clear ownership in project roles and escalation was in place. Responsible for budget reporting, recording of all hours spent on project to ensure project was delivered within expected margins. Feeding that back to the PMO within BancTec.
