I am an engineer at heart, but my role had to become :- getting the right people into the company and onto the right seat,- solving most complex problems, speeding things up, building products and only sometimes writing code. Running tech businesses for more than a decade.I believe in science approaches mixed with intuition and a ton of discipline.That’s why a lot of decisions, especially recurrent, are data-driven yet intuition sourced.In order to run our business we did innovate and develop lots of small products that are evolving and might evolve into something big.
