My responsibility was to- build the team - who would build the main Component product at that time based on BEA technology - used by 100s of people to build component driven websites for the industry- as well as act as the most Senior Java Developer in global Componence network - product architect/manager/developer - performance specialist - key technical specialistWe were successfully doing so.

My main responsibilities were to build a CMS product for Componence so that 100s of people could build and host websites on it.At periods i was either working alone for long hours or had a team of 1-6 people.Key achievements were- great performance of the app and it's caching engine- responsibility for full cycle : ux, ui, code, hosting, product and project management - everything except marketing
