JOB PURPOSDE AND OUTCOMES: Manager of the shop is responsible for the whole shop in day-to-day running of the business such as planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating, motivating, training, informing, banking, reporting, atmosphere, delegating and any other issue concerning the shop.The main purpose of the manager’s responsibility is meeting all the clients needs, training and controlling of the whole staff to meet any requirements regarding clients services from simple questioning up to singing of the contracts. To add, he/she is also responsible to keep all the clients happy at all times, even after they leave the shop. Also, he/she is responsible to meet all criteria’s regarding shop’s image. Key tasks:•To ensure that standards of `IPKO` in the whole shop are met at all times,•To ensure that all clients needs are met at all times and services are of the highest level,•To manage the staff and make sure that staff have all the information’s regarding every product in the shop,•To make sure that sales are increased steadily at all times and expenses are under control,•To make sure that atmosphere and the motivation in the shop are at highest level,•Te manage the supplies and the demand for the whole products in the shop,•To manage the budget of the whole shop,•To ensure that safety requirements of the clients and the staff are met at all times,•To search/analyze and monitor the market regarding all our products,•To initiate changes that could increase the performance of the whole shop,•To communicate with clients whenever they need to,•To attend the meetings of the company when called upon,•Communication with technical support and customer care on a daily basis whenever needed,•And all other issue regarding well running of the shop.

The Loan Officer is responsible to do the financial analyses for clients who apply for a loan which is composed by: - Balance-sheet. - The report of incomes and outgoings. - Business plane. - The plane of invest of the loan and do the appreciation of effects of this loan. - Analyses of family incomes and outgoings. - To present the Loan Panel - To follow the payment of loans by clients

- To manage the sales books.- To manage the purchase books.- To manage the Value Added Tax (VAT) books.- To calculate the payment of taxes by Value Added Tax (VAT) and without Value Added Tax (VAT).- To calculate the payment of taxes for salaries of employees and of employers.- To calculate the payment Kosovo Trust Agency for employees and employers.- To declare the employees to the Kosova Tax Administration.- To make the job contracts for employees.- To do the Annual Financial Report of companies who did the annual circulation over the 50.000 euros.- To do the business plans for companies whose might apply for loan in any bank. - To prepare all documents for any company who want to apply for any tender.
