YLED imparts life skills for success and develops the entrepreneurial spirit amongst in-school learners and out of school youth from historically disadvantaged and urban communities by upskilling and preparing them for the future. They are expected to bring forth innovative ideas and launch businesses or build solid careers that contribute to the economic revitalisation, reduction of poverty and youth unemployment. With life, leadership and entrepreneurship training and ongoing support, these young people can soon be driven to achieve academic, career and entrepreneurial success which will see them supplementing their income and even supporting themselves full-time through their new enterprises

2010: partnered with a law firm, fast food chain and a bank to implement a Polokwane based YLED programme that lasted for 6 months and graduated driven and confident young people that were representative of the area's demographics.2011: partnered with a leading banking institution to implement the sought after Young Women in Dialogue Programme that was conceptualised by LSM graduates who now formed part of this newly revamped model. The Programme that brought together young women in grades 11 and 12 from schools from in and around Johannesburg and mixed them up with Young Professionals for the much needed sharing of experiences.2012: Partnered with a leading financial institution and a leading Youth Entrepreneurship Development NPO to implement an Integrated YLED programme that was delivered over 8 months, releasing to the world confident, driven and socially aware young people2013: partnered with a leading Academic institution, leading Banking Professional and the SRC Societies Council to implement the sought after Young Women in Dialogue Programme. The Programme that brought together young women leaders serving in University structures and YLED 2012 graduates (in grade 12 from schools from in and around Johannesburg) and mixed them up with Young Professionals for the much needed sharing of experiences.

2004: Partnered with Young Professionals keen on giving back in May 2004 - designed a Youth intervention that was targeted at a high school in Soweto. impacted up to 40 grade 11 and Grade 12 Soweto based young people.2005 - 2006: Partnered with a leading Multinational Management Consulting firm to take up to 80 young people through the Life Skills and Mentorship Progamme. 2006 - 2009: Partnered with a leading financial institution to develop over 2 000 young people from three provinces though the LSM modelOver the period we have built a sizeable alumni base that is setting the corporate and social world alight and crediting the concept for their continues successes.
