After a double diploma in software engineering and business, I chose to focus on developing my technical skills by joining Bam, a mobile app studio at its launch (~5 employees) in 2015.While mostly working as a developer at first, I quickly joined the company's management committee and had the opportunity to contribute in strategic decisions and their implementation within the company. I know about and came through the structural issues that arise from rapid growth, over 500% since 2015 and an increase to ~90 employees.I worked with over 40 clients from various backgrounds and sizes, and helped them solve business problems by conceiving and executing technical and organizational strategies within required time and budget. Furthermore, I have acquired proficiency in change management allowing me to innovate on tech and management even in unfavorable contexts.I headed development and standardization efforts of our React Native and NodeJS stacks through multiple teams. I also managed innovations on our delivery process which radically improved one of our customer's satisfaction and managed to standardize and reproduce the process on multiple projects.Likewise, I have taken part in the sales process of multiple projects through an approach based on being transparent and helping the client as soon as the first appointment which helped me develop the skills to quickly understand the context, identify key risks and come up with the proper architectural solution. I have also managed to keep up to date with latest trends through thorough technical intelligence monitoring.All these experiences allowed me to develop a good understanding of the multiple engineering and managerial challenges to be addressed across multiple projects' stagesTeam wise, I have managed a dozen of engineers over 6 years and trained 4 of our 6 engineering managers. I have learned how to build innovating teams while improving both personal and team performances.As a footnote, I've always been passioned by design and some of the many art forms. And on several occasions I believe that this has allowed me to help and advise clients on their product and the resulting user experience
