- Managed projects to reverse a trend of declining job applications across all Monster sites, leading to innovations that were then launched globally as corporate priorities in 2008 and resulting in significant improvements (20% increase of job applications Y-to-Y globally). - Became a key member of the core product team driving the global redesign of Monster sites globally resulting in a global launch in 20 countries in 16 different languages in 2009. - Defined and championed the product strategy for a portfolio of products managed globally across 20 countries in Europe and North America.

- Built and organized a Prague-based front-end development department (headcount: 30) to support Monster websites (500+) across Europe and Asia-Pacific (12 countries). - Contributed actively to establish the Monster Prague development center to support very aggressive growth (over 100% workforce growth Year-to-Year) as a member of the company leadership team in Czech Republic. - Built a customer-centric organization with strong focus on improving satisfaction, delivery time and quality by optimizing software development processes.
