Lead Engineer
CurrentResponsibilities:- Deliver Enterprise Communications capabilities and technologies to the Home Team Departments (HTD).- Responsible for end-to-end design of Enterprise Communications (e.g. Mission Critical Push-To-Talk) to meet HTD’s operational needs.- Ensure timely delivery of projects within the committed schedule and budget, ensuring project issues are timely resolved or escalated to management for attention.- Provide regular updates to HTX management on the project progress, highlighting project milestones, issues and expenditure.- Participate in acceptance tests (eg. UAT, FAT, OSAT, SSAT) and ensuring that the deliverables meet tender specifications.- Identifying and evaluating technologies of interest to the Home Team.- Plan the near- and long-term network architecture evolution and capacity needs. - Responsible for gathering users’ requirements, conduct market survey, trials, writing tender specifications, perform tender evaluation and implementation to ensure that the recommended solution meets HTD’s needs.
