I am a partner in the immigration and nationality law practice of Davidson and Seseri, LLC. Born in Albania, I moved to the United States when I was 10, and it was my personal experience as a first generation immigrant that shaped my decision to practice immigration law. I received my J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2010. Immediately after graduation, I joined the law offices of Davidson and Schiller, LLC, where I practiced for over six years. In February 2017, I was privileged to start my own immigration practice alongside my long-time supervisor and mentor, Mark Davidson. At Davidson & Seseri, we look forward to providing exceptional legal services to our clients with care, efficiency, compassion, and humility. I have extensive experience in areas including family based immigration, removal defense, J-1 waivers of the INA 212(e) requirement, Religious Worker petitions, U visa requests and VAWA self-petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.I am an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. I have presented at several engagements including “DACA and Beyond” at the AILA Chicago Midyear Conference in 2012, and “The Essentials of Immigration Court Representation” at the American Bar Association in 2012. I am also a member of the DuPage County Bar Association. I am fluent in Albanian, English, and Spanish, and can understand Italian. Having personally gone through the immigration process, I understand the stress and hardship that goes along with fighting for legal status in the United States. I strive to make my clients' lives a little easier by diligently working towards a favorable resolution of their immigration matters.
