With nearly three years of experience as an assistant director at PC Comp which is a leading IT distribution company in Kosovo for more than 20 Years in wholesale and retail , I have developed a strong foundation in supporting high-level management and ensuring seamless organizational operations. My role has involved coordinating schedules, managing key projects, and acting as a bridge between departments to streamline communication and workflow. I have gained hands-on experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, assisting in strategic planning, and ensuring that objectives align with company goals. My responsibilities have also included monitoring performance, preparing detailed reports, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making processes. Working in a fast-paced IT environment, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics, including wholesale and retail trade, client relations, and technological services. My ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to emerging challenges has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth and success.

During my eight-month internship, I gained valuable experience in supporting daily office operations and ensuring organizational efficiency. My responsibilities included managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication within the team. A key aspect of my role was contacting clients to invite them to participate in various projects and training sessions, which required clear communication and attention to detail. In addition, I prepared reports, updated internal databases, and assisted in coordinating the logistics of projects and events. I also managed office supplies and provided administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This experience enhanced my skills in organization, client relations, and multitasking, while providing a strong foundation in professional office environments.
