• Promotes teacher professional development opportunities among EFL teachers. • Collaborates with educational stakeholders. • Works with board and members to plan and implement projects. • Meets with potential donors to secure funding.

● Reviews documentation, curriculum, instructional and assessment material provided by private language schools. ● Conducts on-site visits to private language schools. ● Interviews management, staff, students to assess teaching, learning and provision of services in private language courses applying for accreditation. ● Provides feedback and recommendations to schools to help them meet the accreditation requirements. ● Collaborates with other experts and NQA staff to ensure best practices during the accreditation process. ● Drafts reports and making recommendations for accreditation based on NQA standards.

● Delivers classes which result in the development of students’ research skills, critical thinking, academic writing and presentation skills. ● Mentors and guides approximately 90 BA seniors annually in their research projects exploring a diverse number of educational issues. ● Assists in curriculum development and revisions. ● Devises admission exam materials and assists in the administration of entrance examinations. ● Communicates and collaborates with staff to ensure students’ needs are met. ● Drafts internal regulations in collaboration with other departmental staff and in concurrence with the university rules and regulations. ● Ensures quality assurance for the Department by devising tools for feedback, collecting and analysing data. ● Researches teaching practices and uses results to improve student learning and the educational landscape in pre-university and university education in Kosovo.
