As part of my Professional Consulting Project, I was in a team of two persons and I had to manage different missions during a period of 5 months (Beginning of october 2016 until end of february 2017). I worked for a start-up company called 'Baouw Organic Nutrition' which is specialized in Outdoor Sports Nutrition. In order to develop the product and to define the business strategy of the company, I managed to : -Build a strategy & a commercial action plan for the product distribution ;-Build a 'channel footprint' (Identification of clients, the potential turnover, priorization of targets);-Identify customer's needs & wants; -Visit different Sport stores in order to better understand their concept;-Identify the competitors and to analyse them;-Advise the company regarding the business strategy.

I worked for a Clothing & Toys shop called IdKids during 3 years (2013 - 2016). It was an internship which allowed me to gain a lot of experience in terms of Sales and Product development. My main tasks were : -Welcoming customers;-Helping them to make the right choice concerning the products; -Increasing sales;-Convincing Clients to buy a loyalty card; -Creating different types of events in the store (ex: event for carnaval);-Dealing with product returns; -Creating a marketing campaign in the store (distribution of flyers for the carnaval event with the kids who bought some specific articles);-Receiving merchandise;-Consulting the inventory.
