My team and I kickstarted City's of Vevey's Department of Culture communications unit. We launched the Culture Vevey digital ecosystem and its newsroom, relaunched Agenda Riviera - a print and online agenda displaying the events of 13 Swiss districts.I also overviewed the communication operations of three museums, a public library and a festival and supported and coached the local cultural associations regarding their communications strategy.

My team and I contributed to the development of the association's presence in French speaking Switzerland, secured mid term institutional funding, managed a coworking space for think tankers, coordinated the public launch of several policy papers, launched an international continuous executive education programme and several collaborative innovation events (hackathons, situation rooms) in partnership with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) and the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG).

We notingly launched the House of Switzerland and the Swiss Pavilion digital ecosystems and newsrooms, deployed official Switzerland communication platforms and coordinated international digital campaigns (Sochi Winter Olympics 2914, World Cup Brazil 2014, Expo 2015 Milan).
