After a number of years working in various company settings, my ambition remains the same: to provide engaging informational solutions that are easy to understand and easy to use, always keeping the end-user in mind. I have successfully established information solutions within management areas such as: engineering, requirements, organizational change and working processes.Experience:- 30+ years work experience- 12 years, user-friendly training material (textual and graphical) - 7 engineering disciplines, intranet structures - 2 governing documents implemented, one major global project- 7+ global processes, developed and implemented- Mentored 5+ global teams, processes and PLM- 2 PLM systems, developed and implemented- PLM Champion and instructor During the years, I have noticed that it is very common to focus on what we write, not how we write it and who is going to read it. This conclusion has spurred me on to practice power of simplicity whenever I design and develop material, regardless if it is a process, user guide or web page. Time is valuable: get to know your audience, select words with care. I used this approach to the maximum, when I initiated and developed in intranet structure for cross-functional engineering activities. I even managed to successfully include handwritten graphics...Friends and family would probably say that I am compassionate and kind; colleagues that I am hard-working, dedicated, supportive and occasionally funny.
