YM is the founder and CEO of Earth Recycle Inc, a global molded pulp packaging founded in Taiwan and operating with facilities in China and SE Asia. With over 20 years of deep expertise, he offers the best sustainable packaging and supply chain solutions to his clients. Clients have included a wide range of consumer electronics companies, from printers to headphones to vacuum cleaners. Over the years he's seen the industry and its clients transform. 20 years ago, sustainable packaging was not a priority. Today, with companies' demands to reduce their impact on global climate change, and increased manufacturing sophistication to make pulp-based packaging cost-effective, ERI is able to deliver on both. In the next 20 years, YM's vision is to create a seamless, truly global molded-pulp supply chain. From 2016 there have been great changes in the political and economic situation in mainland China. Changes in the Sino-US competitive relationship and transfer of large portions of the international supply chain to SEA. Gradually we were forced to close some of our facilities and others transferred abroad. To-date, we’ve already established two factories in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. A third & fourth factory on schedule to be completed in 2022 first in Penang and then Batam. Strategic partnerships in Vietnam and Thailand.
